Junior volleyball clubs with LOVB receive access to an abundance of resources including:

The volleyball itself won’t change. You’ll continue to run your club with discretion over tryouts, practices, tournaments, and day-to-day operations — and your club’s unique culture will stay intact. What will shift is how some of your back-end operations are supported. LOVB provides systems and expertise to help streamline operations, so you’ll adopt a few standardized platforms like Paycor (for payroll) and Sprocket (for registration).

No! Each club has full discretion over which tournaments they attend. There are no mandatory tournaments or approval required.

  • Coach of Coaches event materials
  • Important updates for Club Directors
  • Key Operations overviews (Payroll, Benefits, Finance & Accounting) and more!
• LOVB Coaches Mentorship Program: Coaches are paired with others in the LOVB community to connect, share insights, and grow together.
• Community Groups: Expert-led groups focused on a variety of topics — offering space to learn, engage, and exchange ideas with peers.
• Coach of Coaches Presence at Tournaments: Jenny, Eric, and the COC team will be on-site at tournaments offering guidance and support.
• Sister Club Training Visits: Jenny and Eric will host hands-on coaching and team clinics with LOVB clubs in your region.
• Community Connections: Building strong relationships between Coach of Coaches leaders and Club Directors for ongoing collaboration.
• Whole Athlete Training Journals & Videos: Created by Courtney Thompson and LOVB Club Marketing, these tools help players, coaches, and parents follow along with monthly growth through guided journal entries and videos.
• Coach of Coaches Roundtables: Opportunities to share best practices, ideas, and experiences with fellow coaches and club directors.
• Open Office Hours: Coaches can email Jenny and Eric directly to schedule time for one-on-one support.
