Join the LOVB Crew! This ambassador program is exclusively for our LOVB Club juniors and is a great way to unite your club community with the LOVB Pro team in your city.
As part of this program, you’ll learn impactful marketing and sales skills, have access to meaningful networking opportunities, and you’ll live the LOVB mission of championing the sport of volleyball in the US! The goal of the LOVB Crew Program is to create relationships, networks, and develop lifelong LOVB Pro fans within your club and local community.
Engage
Organize events and fan clubs from within your LOVB club to generate excitement and engagement with the LOVB Pro team in your city
Develop
Attend bi-monthly virtual development sessions, featuring marketing department representatives within the LOVB Central organization, and participate in focus groups related to fan experience
Immerse
Be part of the excitement of behind-the-scenes match day operations through match day staffing opportunities

Ready to Join LOVB Crew Juniors in your city?
To qualify you must currently be part of a LOVB club organization. You must have a positive attitude toward others, upholding an environment of respect and inclusion, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. LOVB Crew members will be chosen and notified by October 15, 2024.
