 Eligibility

• This JVA Charm City Sweepstakes  (“Sweepstakes”)  is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.  Void outside of the United States, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions.

Sponsorship/Contest Administration

• The Sweepstakes sponsor is League One Volleyball Pro, LLC (“Sponsor” or “LOVB”) located at 703 Pier Avenue B147, Hermosa Beach CA 90254.  LOVB and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate.  LOVB will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these Official Rules.

Entry Period

• This Sweepstakes begins on January 16, 2026, at 8:00pm EDT and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on Tuesday, February 5. (“Entry Period”).

How to Enter

• During the Entry Period, visit the Sweepstakes entry page located at http://lovb.com/sweepstakes/2026-Charm-City and fill out the form to enter. All entries become the property of Sponsor and no entry will be acknowledged or returned.

• Limit of one entry per individual. No third party entry or entry through any sweepstakes service is permitted.  Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage multiple or false entries, as solely determined by LOVB, will be disqualified.  Use of robotic entry devices is strictly prohibited.

• As an alternate form of entry, you may send your full name, email address, and phone number via email to [email protected] The email must be received by LOVB by 11:59 p.m. ET on Tuesday, February 5.

• Each eligible participant only receives one entry.

Prize

• One (1) grand prize winner wins a replica jersey signed by a LOVB athlete of their choice, inclusive of shipping cost to deliver prize to winner (approximate retail value: $100)

• Total approximate retail value of each prize is $100.

• Winner must provide a valid form of government issued photo identification to confirm proof of age of majority. 

Selection of Winner

• The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

• Each winner is only eligible to win one prize. 

• The drawing will take place on February 6 at 10 am ET, and the winner will be notified via the email provided at entry.  

• The drawing will be conducted by LOVB, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects.  LOVB reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Sweepstakes, or obtained winner status through fraudulent means. If a winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with the Sweepstakes rules, that winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be awarded the prize in a separate random drawing.  

• The winner will be notified via email and must respond to claim the prize within 24 hours or LOVB may award the prize to a new winner, who will be chosen in the same manner as the first winner was chosen.  If the prizes are not claimed by 2/5/2026 LOVB may choose to not award such prize.

General Terms

• By entering this Sweepstakes, you promise to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding.  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify, or withdraw any entry at any time.  Sponsor will not be responsible for any injury, damage, or loss of any kind arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES.  Except where prohibited by law, by accepting any prize, winner grants Sponsor and its licensees a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use winner’s name, photograph, image, voice, and likeness without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion, and other publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known through the world.

• Sponsor collects personal information from entrants in connection with entry into, and administration of, the Sweepstakes. By providing this personal information, you confirm that you have obtained all necessary consents and acknowledge and agree that such information will be processed in accordance with the LOVB Privacy Policy, available at https://lovb.com/privacy-policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. In particular, you agree not to submit any personal information of minors (as defined under applicable law) without appropriate parental or guardian consent. 

• Participation in the Sweepstakes is also subject to Sponsor’s general Terms & Conditions, available at https://lovb.com/terms-and-conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Amendments

• LOVB reserves the right to modify or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time, for any reason.
