#WeLOVBMN Submission Program (“Program”) is offered by League One Volleyball (“LOVB”). By making a submission, you (and, if an eligible minor, your parent or legal guardian) agree to abide by these terms (“Submission Terms”) and decisions of LOVB and its designees, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Program.
WHO CAN SUBMIT
You must be at least 13 years of age and a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. An eligible minor should have a parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to make a submission. If you do not already have a Instagram and/or Tik Tok account, creating an account is free, All applicable platform terms apply. Program is void where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
HOW TO SUBMIT
Share a video on Instagram and/or Tik Tok sharing your favorite volleyball memory (it could be a big win, a moment with teammates, a club or high school highlight or anything you love about volleyball), tag @lovbmn, and include #LOVB_MN_Submission (“Submission”) and #WeLOVBMN. If you don’t already do so, you must follow @lovbmn on the platform on which your video is submitted.
WHEN TO SUBMIT
Submissions will be accepted starting Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time and must be received by April 15, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Entries submitted after this deadline may not be considered.
SUBMISSION CONTENT RESTRICTIONS
Submission must be your own original work. Submission may not contain, and you hereby represent and warrant that it does not contain, any content that:
- infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity;
- is sexually explicit or suggestive; obscene or offensive; unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group or endorses any form of hate or hate group; profane;
- promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing); promotes any activities that may be unsafe or dangerous; promotes any particular political agenda or message;
- defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about LOVB, its products or services or other people or companies, including LOVB’s competitors;
- contains copyrighted materials owned by others (including music, lyrics, dialogue), without permission to the extent permission is necessary;
- contains any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, e-mail addresses or street addresses;
- contains the names, likenesses, or voices of any person, or otherwise identifies any person, including, without limitation, celebrities and/or other public or private figures, living or dead, without permission, to the extent permission is necessary;
- communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will with which LOVB wishes to associate; and/or
- violates any law, rule or regulation.
If a Submission contains any material or elements that are not owned by you, and/or which are subject to the rights of third parties, you are responsible for obtaining, prior to submission, any and all releases, permissions and consents necessary to permit the use and exhibition of the Submission by LOVB in the manner set forth in these Submission Terms, including, without limitation, permissions from any person who is mentioned in, appears in or is identifiable in the Submission. LOVB reserves the right to request proof of these permissions in a form acceptable to LOVB from you at any time. Failure to provide such proof may, if requested, render Submission null and void. By making a Submission, you (and, if an eligible minor, your parent or legal guardian) warrant and represent that any persons who are mentioned in, appearing or identifiable in the Submission consent to its submission and use as set forth in these Submission Terms.
GRANT OF RIGHTS
All Submissions: By making a Submission, you (and, if an eligible minor, your parent or legal guardian) agree and hereby grant to LOVB and its designees, successors, licensees and assigns an unlimited, perpetual, irrevocable, assignable, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, edit, alter, broadcast, stream, post, combine with other materials, exploit and otherwise use the Submission, and all elements embodied therein, in whole or in part, along with or separate from your name, city and state of residence, voice, performance, image and/or likeness, in any manner and in any and all media now known or hereafter devised throughout the universe for any purpose whatsoever, including, without limitation, for commercial purposes, without compensation or notification to, or permission from, you or any third party. You (and, if an eligible minor, your parent or legal guardian) agree that Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for any unauthorized use of Submissions by third parties. Released Parties are under no obligation to use any Submission and do not guarantee use of any Submission.
Submissions Selected for Use by LOVB
f LOVB would like the right to feature your Submission on one or more of its platforms and/or otherwise make use of the rights granted herein, you will be contacted via direct message on the platform on which your Submission was made. You (and, if an eligible minor, your parent or legal guardian) must agree to execute any documents (as well as cause any third parties identifiable in the Submission to execute same) required by LOVB within the time period specified in the direct message to confirm the grant of rights and other terms set forth in these Submission Terms. For the avoidance of doubt, neither you or any third party will be compensated if LOVB uses your Submission, regardless of the manner in which it is used.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
By making a Submission, you agree to release, discharge, hold harmless and indemnify LOVB, Meta Platforms (dba Instagram), TikTok, Inc., and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of the forgoing (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind (including, without limitation, arising from claims based upon copyright infringement, trademark infringement, invasion of privacy, defamation, or right of publicity) to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from your participation in the Program and/or the use of any Submission by LOVB or any other Released Party.
Released Parties are not responsible for errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Program, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Program, the reviewing or aggregating of Submissions, any platform functionality, or in any Program-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Program. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this Program or downloading materials from or use of the website. LOVB reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Program at any time and for any reason. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROGRAM MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, LOVB RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
