LOVB Nebraska Shirt Giveaway Sweepstakes Official Rules

Eligibility

This LOVB Nebraska Shirt Giveaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Void outside of the United States, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions.

The Sweepstakes sponsor is LOVB Pro League, LLC (“Sponsor” or “LOVB”) located at 703 Pier Avenue B147 Hermosa Beach, CA 90254. LOVB and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate. LOVB will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these Official Rules.

This Sweepstakes begins on August 6, 2025, at 2:00am CDT and ends on August 13, 2025, at 11:59pm CDT (“Entry Period”).

During the Entry Period, visit the LOVB Nebraska Insider registration page located at https://www.lovb.com/auth/register, follow the instructions to sign up, and select LOVB Nebraska as your favorite team. All entries become the property of Sponsor and no entry will be acknowledged or returned.
Limit of one entry per person per email address. No third party entry or entry through any sweepstakes service is permitted. Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage multiple or false entries, as solely determined by LOVB, will be disqualified. Use of robotic entry devices is strictly prohibited.
As an alternate form of entry, you may send your full name, email address, and phone number via email to [email protected] The email must be received by LOVB by August 13, 2025, at 11:59pm CDT.

Ten (10) prize winners will receive one (1) LOVB Nebraska t-shirt.
The prize is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
Approximate retail value of the prize is $35.00

Ten (10) winners will be chosen at random from all current and new LOVB Insiders who have selected LOVB Nebraska as their favorite team as of 8/13/2025 at 11:59pm CDT.
The drawing will take place on 8/14/2025, and the winners will be notified via the email provided at entry.
The drawing will be conducted by LOVB, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects. LOVB reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Sweepstakes, or obtained winner status through fraudulent means. If a winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with the Sweepstakes rules, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be awarded the prize in a separate random drawing. The winners will be notified via email and must respond to claim the prize within 48 hours or LOVB may award the prize to a new winner, who will be chosen in the same manner as the first ten winners were chosen. If a prize is not claimed by 8/20/2025, LOVB may choose to not award the prize.

By entering this Sweepstakes, you promise to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify, or withdraw any entry at any time. Sponsor will not be responsible for any injury, damage, or loss of any kind arising out of your participation in the Sweepstakes. YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FORM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting any prize, winner grants Sponsor and its licensees a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use winner’s name, photograph, image, voice, and likeness without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion, and other publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known through the world.

LOVB reserves the right to modify or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time, for any reason.
