League One Volleyball’s junior clubs are among the best in the United States, and several recently proved it by competing at recent national championships hosted by USA Volleyball (USAV) and the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU).

Nearly 700 teams from LOVB competed in the season-ending tournaments, garnering 15 national titles and 54 podium finishes. In all, 169 LOVB squads earned top 10 finishes. Individually, 10 LOVB athletes won MVP honors and 125 made their division’s All-Tournament teams.

A5 led the way with four national titles and 13 podium finishes. The Georgia club’s 13 Betty, 164 Danielle, 145 Kianna and 155 Mica teams each won their division at AAUs in Orlando, Florida. Additionally, five A5 squads tied for third in the tournament’s Open division.

Three of the club’s athletes earned MVP honors – Sara Ramirez Morales (A5 13 Betty), Kaylan Malcolm-McKeithan (A5 16 Danielle) and London Estes (A5 14 Kianna) – while 26 earned All-Tournament honors.

Gainesville Juniors’ 14 Nicole won USAV’s 14s National title in Dallas, Texas, while the club’s 12 Stephanie and 11 Darrell each won at AAU. Six members won All-Tournament honors, and Jordan Carter-Mitchell (12 Stephanie) was named AAU 12s Premier Division MVP.

Also winning multiple titles, Club V’s 17 Black Jenna and 16 Black Kolton won the Patriot Division at USAV’s championships, 17 Black playing up a year.

View the complete list of awards and honors. Congratulations to everyone for their team and individual accomplishments!
