The Lifetime Activities Center is home to the Salt Lake Community College Bruins. The “LAC” was dedicated in January 1996 by President Dr. Frank Budd. This building was built not only to give the Bruins a new home, but also to give the students at SLCC a state-of-the-art activity facility. Special features of the LAC include a 3,000 seat special events arena, multiple class and meeting rooms, large multi-purpose playing area, six glass wall racquetball courts, dance studio, full service free weight room and cardiovascular fitness center.
