An outside hitter from Lincoln, California, Mimi played at Oregon and Wisconsin, earning three AVCA All-American honors including First Team in 2025. She was the AVCA National Freshman of the Year in 2022 and a two-time AVCA National Player of the Year finalist. She holds Wisconsin's rally-scoring era records for kills in a season (598), kills per set (5.44) and points per set (5.99). In her first year as a professional, she won the 2026 Major League Volleyball title with Dallas and was named MLV Outside Hitter of the Year.
