Meet Chiaka

A Coppell, Texas native, Chiaka was the 2012 Gatorade Texas Player of the Year who led her high school to two state championships. At the University of Texas, Chiaka was a three-time First Team All-American and set the school record for blocks and block assists. With the U.S. National Team, she’s won two Olympic medals – gold at Tokyo 2020, silver at Paris 2024 – and was named to the Paris 2024 Dream Team as Best Blocker. Chiaka’s also powered the U.S. to two Volleyball Nations League titles. Professionally, Chiaka has played for some of the most dominant club teams in the world, winning the Polish Cup, Italian Cup, Italian Supercup, FIVB Volleyball Club World Championship, Turkish Supercup and Champions League while being named Best Middle Blocker at the 2022 World Club Championship.
